I purchase a remington pole saw a little over a month ago and it didn't work (RM1025sps ) . I called your company and complained and they said they would send another one, after a number of weeks with promises it was on the way i finally got it after numerous calls to LEAH,JOSE,MICHAEL and finally to Frank who was on the ball and finally got it to me ( wheww what a job ).
Guess what i got the new one and it has a problem, i had to change the pole off of the other one to make it work, then i tried to use it and the lock on the pole nearest the saw won't work and it just goes round and round as you try to use it. ( WOW WHAT A PRODUCT ). Well it is pretty much unuseable at this rate. I guess i will just have to eat it because i can't go through multiple people again to try and correct it.
